Portable Sludge Pump - Biosolids Transfer Pump

Years of experience in the field of Wastewater Treatment led HTI to develop their own exclusive portable sludge / biosolids transfer pump, and now it is available to you.

These biosolids transfer pumps are portable - able to be hauled on a trailer with a 3/4-ton pickup truck. This portable sludge pump features a high-volume agitation rate, and is able to handle a 12% biosolids mixture, with a sludge flow rate up to 1,000 gallons per minute. Use this self-contained portable sludge pump to load trucks for hauling, or to agitate biosolids.

These portable sludge pumps are tractor or pickup-mountable. Simply back portable biosolids transfer pump to the pump-out opening. The recommended size of opening is 4' x 6' for ease of lowering portable sludge pump. The sludge pump operator then raises the pump to a vertical position. This portable sludge pump features easily accessible controls for ease of maneuverability.

After lowering the sludge pump, the operator simply connects to the PTO shaft (Power Take Off Shaft), and connects the portable sludge pump to a discharge line.

Sludge pump operator is now ready to begin pumping - or -- once the sludge pump is lowered into the tank, the biosolids / sludge contents can be agitated into a homogeneous mixture with the upper and lower agitation nozzles. During the tank loading operation the bottom nozzle of the portable sludge pump is continuously agitating the tank contents.

The lower agitation nozzle of this portable sludge pump can be rotated horizontally up to 200 degrees and the upper nozzle can rotate both horizontally (200 degrees) and vertically (60 degrees). Transfer pump cutting edges chop up debris and rags. Large volumes are easily pumped with the large impeller on this portable sludge pump.
